Raphael’s Mega-Synthesis in Stanza della Segnatura
This webinar takes us inside one of the most extraordinary spaces in art history and religion, Pope Julius II’s private library, the Stanza della Segnatura, Vatican City, to explore Raphael’s Mega Visual Synthesis of truth, goodness, and beauty, constituting UNUM, the unity of being. It presents the nexus of relationships among philosophy, theology, art and law in Raphael’s master frescoes.
